Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Not Eligible

  • Discounted/clearance items
  • Innerwear, perfumes, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Process

Step 1

Contact our customer service team via phone or email.

Step 2

Return the product to our store or via courier (shipping cost may apply).

Step 3

After inspection, we will process an exchange or issue store credit/refund.

Damaged/Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
